In the early days of the year, I was approached by art director Harry Doncaster about taking on a role as guest Features Editor for his print publication, The Forgotten Book. The edition centered around the theme of 'Genesis' and features interviews with a number of artists. In my role, I sourced all the talent for the Q+As, including interviewing, transcribing, and writing each feature.
As the magazine is print-only, each interview has been uploaded as a PDF and can be read by clicking on the respective talents' names.
Interviews
After a hiatus from writing for the publication in 2020, I returned with a reported feature on the controversy surrounding Bottega Veneta's secret fashion show in Berghain that happened in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which went viral online. Throughout the year, I took on regular assignments to do profiles, interviews, and features for their editorial series' like "Berlin, Berlin," "Not In Paris," and "High Art."
